Cancellation Policy Reminder:

1. You must give 72 hours' notice to cancel, or you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
   2. You must give 24 hours' notice to cancel, or you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

3. Rescheduling will NOT be done if payment for canceled services is not received.
****HFDTC may choose to waive fees for certain circumstances.
